We love Orchards Dental and Dr. Williams. He and his staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you come in the door and we have never felt like they didn't have our best interests at heart. My husband has never been big on dental experiences but he has even gotten over some of his fears since being seen by Dr. Williams and both of my kids are in braces here and love the care they are getting as well. I really appreciated Dr. William's communication style and expertise from the start, whether laying out my treatment options, patiently asking if I had more questions until I they had all been answered, or letting me know what he about to work on before doing it, especially if there might be pressure applied that might cause pain.
